This hotel has a large pool and gardens, situated in front of the Arenal Yacht Club and just 350 metres from the Playa de Palma beach. There is a dining room with a comprehensive buffet and a bar service in the pool area.

Good value for money
It was a good hotel breakfast was slightly different with a good selection not too busy at all. Staff were helpful helped me with nearby shops and busses. Pool was quiet but big enough drinks by the pool not too expensive. Over all good hotel for the price would stay again

Overall, we had a good stay. The only issue was the room cleaning. During our 10 day stay, our room was not cleaned even once, despite us putting the “please clean” sign on the door several times.
Everything else was good. The beach is only a 2 minute walk away and it’s easy to find parking if you rent a car.

To be avoided!!!
My daughter who arrived this 07/21 at the hotel called me panicked because there was a big cockroach in the room and sheets on the verge of being dirty, it’s shameful!

Pros: The bed had clean sheets. AC was decent. And staff was nice.
Cons: the street is very noisy and the rooms are not isolated for sound. I’m a heavy sleeper but I was waking up during the night due to yelling on the street, music, and loud cars.
Also, the rooms was not cleaned. There was hair on the floor, a piece of gum, and along the walls was filled with dust.
I’m not at all picky and I was not expecting anything special. But I would have loved a quieter room and for that reason I will probably not be coming back.

Limited toilet paper were in the room upon arrival and you have to request extra towels.
