Amazing hotel fantastic staff … beyond my expectations
Fantastic hotel , perfect location , amazing staff . Rooms on the top floor with a priviate terrace … and the chic design . Love it

Very conveniently located in the city center. Clean rooms, nice shower. The tote bag gift was a nice touch. Would recommend for a first trip to Madrid to easily get around via subway.

Excellent location in between Puerta del Sol and Callao. Friendly staff. Working elevator. Modern rooms equipped with fridge, Nespresso machine, TV, safe and great working a/c. Nice hot water in shower but be aware that bathroom doesn’t have a door, in case you are traveling with other people not family. 3rd floor rooms have a small spaniard styled balcony that we loved. Would say this hotel is a hidden gem!

Whenever I go to Madrid, I stay at this hotel.
It is super central, so it is perfect for visiting the city, but what I like most is that it is very original and different. I love the rooms and all the decor, because it has a lot of charm.
Right downstairs there is a cafe that serves delicious food and drinks, so it is very convenient. In addition, the staff is super friendly and attentive.
And something that I find very important: although it is in the heart of Madrid, it is very well soundproofed, so you practically don't hear any of the noise or the hustle and bustle of the street. I always have a great stay and I highly recommend it.
