Set on the beachfront, in a residential area 12 km from central Marbella, Playa Real boasts a lush garden and outdoor pool. The famous Puerto Banus is a 20-minute drive away. The apartments have air conditioning in certain areas and a flat-screen TV.

2 bedroom apartment, while a bit dated, still lovely and spacious, comfortable beds, plenty of wardrobe and storage space, powerful showers, kitchen well equipped! Apartment had everything you could want. Car recommended for travelling around. Economical and well worth it, highly recommend!

Avoid this hotel: there is a severe problem with mold in the bedrooms - when giving notice to the reception there is no action taken and they dismiss any complaint afterwards (meaning lying about the guest has given them notice). This is a clear indication of a hotel staff and management with a dodgy business ethics. The beds are also unusually low standards; extremely hard and wiggling. The pool area is though nice and clean and easy access to the beach.

The establishment was excellent. A few remarks. Most of the rooms have no view to the see. The parking space is very limited inside the premise of the hotel therefore most of the times I had to park outside of the hotel where you could find very easily a parking space hence the free parking feature is useless. Last, they are using keys for opening external doors after hours which can be an issue in case you forget to take them with you.

Appliances and kitchen were well supplied. The bed and sofa need to be replaced. Very uncomfortable. No staff between 6pm and 9am. Lots of people going in and out making noise at night. Doors were left open at times. Staff was aloof.
