Everything perfect, clean and comfortable rooms.
The breakfast was very good and the girls in the cafeteria were very kind.

Unpleasant, rude, and incompetent waitresses
The front desk staff were very friendly and the rooms were wonderful; however, the cafeteria waitresses were rude and incompetent: they refused to serve us the breakfast that was included because it was 12:01 PM (after the girl at the front desk had told us there shouldn't be a problem) while we watched as toast was still being brought to the tables; the excuse was that the bread had already been put away in a high cupboard... it's a shame that a pleasant stay is marred by these kinds of details.

Comfortable modern hotel with lovely staff.
Attractive modern hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. Rooms well appointed and there is a nice cafe with options to use the restaurant across the road. A great base for this part of Andalucía. The town is well worth a visit. They kindly looked after my bike bag too!

Incompetent and rude waiter
The waiter at the bar is truly incompetent, I approached the bar and literally told him "please, when you can", to which his response was that that was going to be complicated, I told him "how?" and he told me that I wasn't wearing anything because I had 15 coffees ahead of me and that the best thing I could do was sit down and wait or leave, and all this with quite a bad face and bad manners, I won't set foot in that cafeteria again even if they put me the free drinks, which by the way are the place in Marchena where they are most expensive.

Good location, comfortable and pleasant
It was very new and very clean. The staff is very helpful and it has a cafeteria with very long hours that is very entertaining. It is not difficult to park in the surroundings and the town of Marchena is very beautiful and has very good gastronomy. I recommend it!!
