Very good hotel with charming staff

We have come to Merida more times and it is our first time at this hotel; I really did not expect such a pleasant surprise. New hotel, with very good facilities, spacious room, with a beautiful bathroom, super comfortable bed, and not a sound.
Everything is very clean (I travel a lot for business and I know hundreds of hotels throughout Spain and abroad). It also has a pool and a gym. In a five-minute walk you have the nerve center of Merida with all its monuments without the need to take any transportation.
I want to make a special mention of Andrea, the housekeeper; one cannot be nicer, friendlier, and more efficient. Also to Marion at the front desk. Here is a comment from some Basque motorcyclists whom you have won over. A big hug to the whole team and we hope to see you again soon.

Everything is new; the hotel has been in operation for a few months.

Everything is very new, very clean, the staff is very friendly, and it is a 10-minute walk to the Roman theater.

Silly if you are just passing through to rest.

A true wonder: the new facilities, well-maintained, clean and comfortable rooms; the pillows and mattresses are very comfortable, air conditioning, pool. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I will definitely return.

Brand spanking new - less than a year since opening! Only a bit disappointed with a corner of the bathroom floor and mirrors not being as clean as one would hope. Helpful and friendly staff. Pool was lovely!

Great location with all the mod cons required. Quiet and convenient: not too much, not too little. Walkable to the main Roman attractions. Staff friendly and helpful. Loved the bathroom “douche” (no bidet required). Breakfast buffet offered at v reasonable price and good choice. Didn’t use pool or gym but perfect for 1-2 day stopover.
