BAD MANAGEMENT AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TREATMENT EXPENSIVE TO THE CLIENT
Dismal experience with the management of this establishment. We had a gift voucher and due to weather alerts and road risk we tried to call to change date several times, the person responsible never contacted. The voucher is recorded as redeemed ignoring many calls. I have applied to OCU and will do the necessary procedures to resolve this. Shameful.

Bad smell
Our room was some dirty places, the sticky table for example. At night it started smelling very bad like tobacco (we smoke at night) and sewer. The room nice, small but for the price expected. The bed's fine, but I wouldn't come back

Regrettable attention
We went with a Wonderbox experience, we took another one apart from the night that came in, of which they told us that the extra night had a discount. A few days before we talked about a price with a discount included, our surprise was that when paying for that night the price changed, the difference was 5 euros, something insignificant, but it was the way in which he treated us, even going so far as to tell us that when we made the The pass gave us proof to redeem breakfast at the cafeteria next to the hostel. I paid for the extra night via Bizum, which asked me to do it without charge. Which seemed very illegal to us.
The location is in a privileged place, the room is acceptable, very little space, but the service is non-existent, all communication via telephone or WhatsApp.
