Very pleasant hotel complex
Very nice complex with small houses, a pool in a garden, good food and friendly service. Ideal as a starting point for a safari in Mkomazi National Park.

Fine but a little too expensive
In general there’s nothing wrong with this place but I find the price to high for a more or less Tanzanian simple guesthouse with a nice garden and pool. The rooms are fine but a bit small. Food is of local standard but okay. There is a pool which is nice but the paving around it with slippery tiles which is quite dangerous. For us the main problem is there are no family rooms while on booking.com it’s offered.

A fantastic stay!
We had a stay here on the way to the coast and then (because we were so impressed) had a night on the way back too! Johnsons apartments were clean, peaceful, had a beautifully kept pool (with additional baby pool), really comfortable beds, great showers and good food. We highly recommend!

Sauber, toller Pool, frisches Essen!
Der beste Ort zum Übernachten wenn man auf Reise zwischen Arusha und Tanga ist. Sehr sauber, gute Betten, toller Pool und leckeres frisches Essen. Guter Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern in die Berge. Wir kommen wieder.
