Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that guests booking 5-9 rooms will be charged a 10% deposit at the time of booking. Guests booking 10 rooms or more will be charged a 20% deposit at the time of booking. This payment is non-refundable and non-transferable. Please be informed that rooms are non-smoking. A smoking area is available by the pool area and in front of the lobby. Upon arrival, we will require deposit 2,000THB per room. (Accept only Credit Card)
