Heartfelt Hospitality.
The hotel shows great care for its guest. From the moment I checked in, I was impressed the room was warmly prepared with a welcome back arrangement and even a sign acknowledging my return. I’ve stayed here several times and always felt comfortable. Special thanks to Khun Tee at the front desk, who consistently greets me with genuine warmth and attention

Very friendly staff!
Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel home away from home: Mai, Chef Lee Kuan Foo, Risma, Mas, Knight, Plai, Rath, Tide, Chef Yee, Tee, Jasmine, Petch, Angga, Kie, Opal, Joy, Usman, Freud, Nu, Nam Wan, Cream, Vong, Make, Haroon, Chef Sak, Fah, Not and Bank.

Five star stay
From the minute we arrived at the lobby, the staff showed us why their resort is highly rated. Petch, the bellman, was incredibly helpful with our bags and was a vital part in making sure our pre-arranged activities for Phuket went through flawlessly . Naimi, the front desk associate, helped to make sure that our 2 rooms we booked were nearby each other. And Keng, the head waitress at their hotel restaurant was very attentive to our needs and made sure that we were taken care of. Would definitely recommend this place!

Exceptional Service & Wonderful Honeymoon Stay
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The property is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and the service was outstanding. What impressed us most was how much they value their loyalty members. As a Marriott Platinum member, we were kindly given a room upgrade for our honeymoon and also the warm welcome and decoration, which made our stay even more special.
A special thank you to the manager Tee, who was incredibly friendly, attentive, and supportive throughout our stay. He always remembered my name and was genuinely happy to help whenever we had any questions or needed assistance. His warm hospitality really made us feel welcomed and appreciated.
We will definitely stay here again on our next visit and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service and genuine hospitality!

Our first stay at this hotel, but it won't be our last.
We had a lovely 2-night stay here in mid-August: Papa and two sons (15 and 11).
We'd visited Phuket town many times in the past, but this was the first time since the hotel had become a Courtyard (with Marriott), so we were keen to try it out.
The location is great, with a 7-11 about a hundred metres away, and many other attractions and things very nearby. The building and decor are lovely. We had a family room, which was clean and spacious, and very comfortable. The pool was excellent. Breakfast was delicious. The staff were excellent!
Overall, an outstanding stay! We'll be back.
