So good i rebooked me flights and stayed another night.

Fanastic place I had a huge bungalo to myself and a great price on site are both a fish and a bbq grill resteraunt the statues and the gardens were amazing I can more than recommend this as a place to stay.

Cheap party place with expensive price tag

Avoid this place at all costs!!! Was recommended this hotel as a nice relaxing place for the family. It’s not relaxing nor comfortable. And I don’t even know where to start. First, we specifically asked for a room away from the disco and were reassured prior to booking that our room is far away from the disco. Guess there are simply no rooms where you can not hear cheap head bouncing music from. After traveling almost 800 km this was a nightmare experience. When called reception, I was informed that the club is open until the last guest standing. WHAT!!!! You either have a club or a hotel. Combining two and not having a closing hour for a club is a disgrace. The food at restaurants is inedible at a cost of most expensive London restaurants but the quality or the service are non existent. The rooms are designed to have a cheap overnight stay after the drunken night and if they were advertised that way that would be appropriate. The shower smells of sewage, the pillows are hard solid and simply impossible to sleep in. If you want to have a crazy party night with the bed to crash into this is your place. Otherwise avoid

The resort was very well kept and beautiful. The room was nice. But the refrigerator was very small and not up to standard. The service at the restaurant , club and exotically pool is absolutely terrible. I would say the waiters at the pool are the worst I have ever seen. I don’t recommend this resort to anyone who expects good service

Don’t recommend to stay

2 stars for territory and location only.
-1 star for cheating in menu. Salmon cream soup without a piece of salmon. Drinks in menu are different ml but all served in the same glasses.
-1 restaurant manager didn’t call us to discuss and solve a problem with drinks cheating.
-1 for high price comparable to low level of service.
Air conditioning in a room is so loud as well. Pool area is so small for all guests from outside of resort who are allowed to come over for day stay and people who actually stay in a hotel. Fight for a place. Who would you allow someone from outside take a sun bed if you know how many guests you have in a hotel? Also pool is mostly for gold diggers (on weekends) and kids. Not gonna rest in such kind of company.
Stuff lies, poor breakfast choice, food in a restaurant is average, pool and beach area didn’t work, bars didn’t work. Really not worth money and time.
It was quite bad choice to stay here.

Avoid this place! Highly not recommended!

Unfortunately, Bartolomeo disappointed us. We chose this property because of it’s location on the river bank and it’s nice green territory. But couldn’t enjoy any of this.
General impression is you ended up at Soviet Sanatoriy from my childhood at 1980-s. You need to have paper bracelets to have you included breakfast. Obliged to show rubber one to get access to the pool area. At breakfast team said to us that still water is over and you need to pay for the one from the bar. And there is no option for a la cart breakfast, you need to choose sets the day before.
The hospitality of all stuff is enormously low. We had to wait 20 minutes before someone helped us with luggage. It was funny show to have the pillows from pillow menu (I’m sure we were the first people who ever tried it). Nobody can help us with such a simple thing as purchasing diapers from the pharmacy.
Summarize all we highly recommend not to choose this property for staying. Maybe decreasing of selling will help management to understand that it’s 21 century all around and even the most beautiful nature spot can be spoiled by stupid rules and bad service.
