Very comfortable stay. Reception upon arrival was excellent. There was ample parking. Hotel situated close to Park and Ride area which enabled easy access to Exeter City centre by bus.
Catering in general was very good.
Would have no hesitation staying at these premises again.

The rooms were lovely, clean and spacious and the air conditioning was lovely during the hot weather.
Breakfast was good, with a wide variety of options from fresh fruit, cereal, toast, pastries, hot cooked breakfast, fruit juice and tea and coffee.
I do think the menu for the lunch evening food could have had more options and also the service could have been improved slightly. Although the staff were extremely friendly, unfortunately the service was quite slow, one evening we waited over 40 minutes for our meal. We had only been told about a long wait for the food after we had ordered our drinks and food, this should really have been advised as we entered the restaurant, not when we ordered.
Overall it was a pleasant stay and I would return of ever in the area.

I’ve stayed here a couple of times and will happily stay again!
WiFi is quick, staff are friendly, gym is useful (quite small, but handy), breakfast is lovely and beds are comfy!
My only small disappointment was the bathroom was in a need of tidying up. Shower panel had come off and the shower cubicle was tired. But genuinely, it’s nothing that would put me off in anyway!

Really lovely hotel and staff were wonderful!
Food in the restaurant was also great and we shared a number of starters which had a lovely Greek twist the pomegranate dressing on the halloumi was exceptional
Easy access to major routes and the city so a good spot for visiting Exeter.

Great room and overall location, perfect for if you are needing to be in the south of Exeter. Would always stay here when visiting Exeter for the rooms, the food and the overall hospitality.
Prices are extremely reasonable for the area and going for a room on the lower floors with a sitting area is a nice touch.
